Our co-founder, Rachel Teo was invited by Business Families Institute at SMU as a speaker to share all about Fraxtor’s journey. On the topic of Resilient Legacies of Business Families, Rachel spoke on historically co-investing with partners via traditional avenues but has since realised the value in digitisation.

Fraxtor addresses the problems that real estate investing has been plagued with by removing the orthodox barriers property investors typically face, disrupting a previously prosaic industry. Accessibility is the foundation on which we have built a platform that allows our clients to invest in previously unattainable projects, without the exorbitant levels of capital which was conventionally required.
