Allgreen Properties Limited

Allgreen Properties, incorporated in 1986, makes up a part of the real estate portion of the Kuok Group. They have a diverse portfolio of projects including commercial retail shops, offices, serviced apartments, residential estates, and hotels. They have been listed on the Singapore Stock Exchange since May 1999.

Notable projects: Great world city, Tanglin mall, The Cascadia, Fourth Avenue Residences, Skysuites@Anson

Bukit Sembawang Estates Limited

Bukit Sembawang Estates Limited (BSEL) began as a rubber company in 1911 and became the property development company it is today in 1967. They have won many awards over the years for not only their properties but also as a property development company. They have been listed on the Singapore Stock Exchange since 1968.

Notable projects: 8 St Thomas, The Atelier

CapitaLand

CapitaLand was founded in 2000 and has become an internationally renowned real estate development company with presence in 38 countries, though mainly focused in Singapore and China. Their impressive portfolio consists of both commercial and residential property. They were listed on the Singapore Stock Exchange in November 2000.

Notable projects: Capital Towers, Raffles City, Orchard Residences, d’Leedon, The Interlace

City Developments Limited

City Developments Limited was founded in 1963 and pioneered the concept of “show flats”. They have commercial, hospitality, and residential properties in 29 countries including Singapore, Australia, China, Japan, and the UK. They have won a number of awards and have consecutively won the Quality Excellence Award – Quality Champion for seven years. They also hold the Guinness World Record for Largest Vertical Garden with their Tree House condominium.

EL Development

El Development began as part of Evan Lim & Co. Pte Ltd and officially became a separate company in 2007. Their property portfolio is made up of residential and industrial buildings. They have won many awards for properties such as Parc Riviera, Symphony Suites and Pullman Residences.

Far East Organisation

Far East Organization was founded in 1960 by Ng Teng Fong and has developed 750 properties in Singapore. They are the only developer in the world who has won 10 FIABCI Prix d’Excellence Awards.

Notable projects: Far East Shopping Centre, One Holland Village, Fullerton Hotel Singapore, Scotts Tower 

Frasers Property

Frasers Property was founded in 1963. They develop commercial, residential, retail, and integrated properties in countries across the world including Singapore, Australia, Thailand, the UK, China, and Vietnam.

Notable projects: Riviere, Causeway Point, Tiong Bahru Plaza, Caspian, Seaside Residences, Frasers Tower

GuocoLand

GuocoLand was founded in 1976 and have been listed on the Singapore Exchange since 1978. They have properties in China, Malaysia, Vietnam, and are based in Singapore. They have won many awards for their properties both locally and internationally.

Notable projects: Leedon Residence, Guoco Tower, Sofitel Singapore City Centre, Wallich Residence, Patterson Residence

MCL Land Limited

MCL Land was founded in 1963 and is a subsidiary of HongKong Land Pte Ltd. They focus on developing properties in Singapore and Malaysia, and are listed on the Singapore Stock Exchange.

Notable projects: Parc Esta, Leedon Green, Margaret Ville, Sol Acres

Oxley Holdings

Oxley Holdings was founded in 2010 and has been listed on the Singapore Stock Exchange since 2013. They have developed properties in Singapore, the UK, Cambodia, Malaysia, China, Myanmar, and Cyprus.

Notable projects: Kent Ridge Hill Residences, Oxley Tower, Devonshire Residences, Mayfair Gardens

Tong Eng Group Pte Ltd

Tong Eng Group was founded in the 1950s by a pair of brothers, Teo Thye Chor and Teo Thye Hong. They have won various awards for their projects including Belgravia Villas and Goodwood Grand.
